Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for information you provide, activity on your account or browser-based player identity, and the security of your credentials. Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission, or circumvent restrictions.
Fair Play
Do not intentionally exploit bugs, manipulate scores or leaderboards, duplicate resources through exploits, interfere with the service, or automate gameplay where automation is not expressly permitted.
Enforcement
Kinvar Games may warn, suspend, reset, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the games, or correct cheating, exploitation, or technical errors.
Virtual Items and Progress
Virtual currency, resources, ships, ranks, scores, characters, and other in-game items are game features and do not represent real-world property or currency unless expressly stated otherwise. Game balance, systems, availability, and progression may change.
In-Development Games
Games marked in development, beta, or testing may contain bugs, incomplete systems, downtime, balance changes, resets, or substantial revisions.
Intellectual Property
Except for third-party, open-source, licensed, and externally owned material, the Kinvar Games site and its original human-authored content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, APIs, software, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Community Content
If you submit names, messages, suggestions, or other content, you retain rights you already hold and grant Kinvar Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and process it as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the service.
Third-Party Services
Some games may integrate with Twitch or other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and Changes
Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may be updated, modified, suspended, discontinued, or replaced. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Kinvar Games is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the games and services change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
Privacy Policy

Depending on the game, Kinvar Games may process usernames, display names, account information, game choices, support messages, IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, session information, scores, progression, game events, and security or diagnostic logs.
Twitch and Integrations
When you connect or interact through a supported third-party service such as Twitch, the game may receive information made available through the authorized integration, such as a user ID, display name, channel information, or interaction events.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate accounts and games, save progression, provide leaderboards and community features, authenticate integrations, prevent cheating and abuse, diagnose errors, provide support, administer the service, and improve functionality.
Cookies and Local Storage
The site and games may use cookies, sessions, or browser local storage for login, security, preferences, persistent player identifiers, game state, and other core functionality.
Sharing
Kinvar Games does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the services, when you authorize an integration, to protect users or the service, or when legally required.
Public Game Information
Information intentionally used in public-facing features, such as a display name, leaderboard score, or community action, may be visible to other players or viewers.
Retention and Security
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for its purpose. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Kinvar Games services are not directed to children under 13. If Kinvar Games learns that personal information from a child under 13 was collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
Your Choices
You may stop using the services at any time and use available account or integration controls to disconnect or change information. Applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.
